I have finished sanding, put down wood conditioner and stained a new unfinished pine dresser. My problem is that when the stain was wiped off I saw many droplet type stained areas. The dresser was delivered in the rain and was uncovered but I left the dresser untouched for a couple of weeks. Are these spots from the rain and how do I get rid of them? Thank you.
