What Should A Modular Look Like When Finished?

Need some input on a Cape Mod we are wanting to buy in MA....The drywall only has a primer coat, is that right? The contractor did a cold winter, meaning as the home sat empty this past winter only the bare minimum heat was used. There are cracks in almost every inside corner of the first floor drywall. The second floor and basement are unfinished. The home has never been occupied and there are several smaller items the inspector found. Should I press the builder to correct all, should I meet them half way on the small stuff or do I not even bother?

Oh, and one more thing. The main house has a 12/12 pitch, they added a gagage but it has only a 7/12 pitch and the roof lines just don't flow if you know what I mean. Builder says he does it all the time and won't budge on price or much of anything else.

OR do my wife and I start looking at other houses?
