Geodeck Class Action

I too have a defective deck....cracks, weathering and one place that has fallen through. It is four years old and the company says "no funds available". Please keep me posted on activity and anything I can do to further this effort.
I am in NW Florida.

Geodeck lawsuit

12/29/2007 09:07 AM sbox00

What is the latest on the lawsuit? I've decided to try filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's office. Has anyone else tried doing this and if so, gotten any kind of response?

My husband and I are very interested in a lawsuit for geodecking I have written Kadant Composites and have heard nothing from them. We got there address but don't have a phone number.
We put down our deck 2 years ago and now it is splitting and one part has a whole in it

Also Needing to Join the Rotting Deck Club...

03/05/2008 11:09 AM MStock

I sent several of the people up here that had posted their email address an email about wanting to find out more info. on the Class Action Law Suit. I too was left with a rotting deck after receiving a "sorry we are out of money" letter regarding my claim. I verified my materials are stamped with a date falling in the failed material time slot.

If anyone has any info. on how I can get in on this I would greatly appreciate it. I will be going to the site posted above and filling out the complaint tonight when I get home.

I am located in Northwest Indiana if that matters / helps at all.

I sent in my information to Kadent Composites about 4 months ago as our stairs to the deck are completely rotted out. I followed up today to find they are out of business. I would LOVE to join in the class action law suit. I want to get my deck fixed!!!! Please advise on how I can get in on this lawsuit.

thanks.
