I am trying to find a good place to buy materials for my Handicraft area. The boy scouts in my class will be taught how to make a basket and a stool. I am looking for materials to build the stool cheaper then I am presently.

Stool:
4 Legs - 10"x1.5"x1.5"
4 dowls - 10"x1.5"(diameter)
4 dowls - 8"x1.5"(diameter)
75 feet of twine

I'll be needing materials for 100 stools, so I can take larger materials and cut them to the appropriate size. If you can help me find a good place to buy materials from either the internet or a store in the area of Maryland I would greatly appreciate it.
