Greetings. I was on a spring cleaning kick today and used the long dryer lint removal kit brush to remove the lint from the area where the lint screen goes. I was surprised that I didn't get much out, since the dryer is used heavily and is 3.5 years old.

Anyway, I tried to dry a load of towels this afternoon and the dryer is extremely noisy now. It is heating up, the drum is turning, but the noise level is extreme.

What should I try?
