I'm looking into the "window sash replacement kits" and was wondering if anyone has installed them and if they like them.

I'd also like to know which brand is better than the rest from any installers out there.

I live in New England and want a nice tight, warm window. I've looked at consumer Reports and have'nt seen a listing for this type of window

I am also looking into the window sash replacements,I like the marvin set up (Tilt Pacs) but it is pricey,has any one used them and how are they for cold weather performance? I'm in New England and our winters can be cold.
