I had to call several times and eventually worked my way up the chain of command until I spoke to the president.
We also spoke of a lawsuit but never had to go that far. Windsor Windows is based in iowa and we happen to live approx. 30 minutes from there headquarters so we also spoke of advertising our problems with their windows (going to the tv stations, making signs for our yard and vehicles, etc.). They didn't like hearing that since they had just advertised an expansion. Not sure if that helped us or not but we were able to make a deal. |
