Wires to fuse box

Is there a way to tell which fuse controls which wire that is running into the top of the fuse box?

You need to remove the cover from the panel box- usually one screw in each corner, although sometimes hinged. Just follow the black, in your case red also, to the fuse. The wire is usually connected with a screw below the fuse. All of the whites and grounds should connect to a bar, also with screws. Is this what you wanted to know?????

Yes, Thanks Dr Home.
I only have the one electrical problem left. All of the outlets and lights on a particular circuit are not working. I want to trace the complete circuit and find where the problem is. I also wanted to check the connection to the fuse box for this particular circuit.
