Hi well im kind of new to this as im just now getting my first home.Although it is rather small.For the price i couldnt be to picky but heres the deal im wanting to add on to the back of the house to make it bigger about 100 feet wide and 50 long this is just a ruff guess.But i cant afford to higher a archetect to do all of the work for me becuse it is way to expensive.So my question is will a architect put up the foundation and the frame at a reduced rate becuse i could do the rest myself.I just dont want to sound real bad when i call someone so any help will save me the emberisment.Thanks
