thanks for the link but im still confused do i double the wires in the box outside to hook up the addition?

Yes ....with phone wires you can "double up" the wiring at any of the junction boxes you can reach.....just be sure both wire are secured under the screw.......This link shows that in the lower right illustration.....Red to red.....green to green.....etc

In the MobileHome......keep the wiring surface mounted.......don't try to hide the wires IN the wall cavities.......Drill thru the floor at the wall and locate the wires under the home.....secure any cables to the structure.....for a single-line service you only need to connect the red and green wires.....

i am confused on the wiring outside i have blue and white and im not sure about the outlet box cause i have no blue or white inside

Blue with the white stripe = Red

White with the Blue stripe = Green

they are all solid colors no stripes at all

That website link(s) has all the info........color charts and plenty of reading........

Just connect the wires you have......Blue to Red...........White to Green......You can NOT hurt/damage anything.......

Check the phone operation.....If the phone works with some functions but not all.....reverse the color combination.......

If you can't figure it out the phone co or an independent serviceman will gladly come to your house for about $75 and install the jack..........
