adding insulation to attic

08/20/2009 09:20 PM Minnesota09

Hi,
I have a 35 year old home in Minnesota. I have added cellulose (blow in) about 16 years ago. That has now settled to about 7-9 inches. I would like to add fiberglass batts over the cellulose. There is no poly vapor barrier in the ceiling. The house has a 4/12 pitch roof, so getting to the top plate in some area's is rather tough. Looking for suggestions.
