We have a client who has remodeled her kitchen to add a new section of custom oak cabinets from the same mfr. The existing run of cabinets have yellowed with age (18 yrs.) The new set really sticks out. Is there an aging/yellowing poly agent or a UV device to speed the age of new cabinets?

One problem is that after 18 years I am sure that the cabinet company is using different finish or at least the finish has been reforrmulated (several times).

So you have no idea of how these will age verse the other ones.

Have you contacted the manufacture?

You can use a glaze or tonning finish to make them match NOW, but they might not in a few years.
