Can anyone tell me if there is a way to blow in insulation under some steps in my garage--there is already drywall on the walls though...can I blow it in somehow, or shall I just rip off the drywall and re-do it after insulating? I'm new here, not sure if anyone can help. I also was a bit of a rookie when we built our house 2+ years ago. Thanks.
