Help!!My home was built around 1933 give or take a couple years.Anyway,we needed to knock out a wall in our kitchen.I didn't even think that asbestos could be in the plaster until I began to look on the computer.The material looks almost like today's drywall, having a gray paper back, then the layer of drywall like material, then a coating of plaster over top.The entire thing is about 1 1/2" thick.This stuff was just "drywall" board nailed directly to the studs. No lathe boards or insulation.Of course all this white dust was created.We wore masks part of the time but the dust still was in our nose.What's the probability of this stuff containing asbestos?And if so, does this exposure pose any serious health hazard?I realize the wall was probably painted with lead based paint too.We did not ingest any but is there still any great harm if airborne?Thanks for any help!

Sounds like it's too late now so assume it is asbestos and clean it up - soap and water, wipe down EVERYTHING!!!!!
