Local rules vary

I need you to answer a couple questions. First, local regulations vary on disposal of non-friable asbestos containing materials.
Where are you located?
What kind of siding i.e. cement?
What kind of roofing i.e. asphalt composite?
If the materials must be removed, packaged and disposed of, will you DIY or hire the work?
Finally, what risks are you concerned with. Financial, regulatory, health or all of the above?

Answer these questions, and we can narrow down an answer appropriate for your situation.
