OK - I need some advice here. I am removing the carpet and old baseboard. I will be re-painting the whole room, installing new baseboard/toe, new laminate flooring and installing crown molding. Someone told me to install the new floor first so the baseboard can be installed and caulked and then the walls painted and crown installed last. The baseboard will be painted white while a color will be on the walls. Something about having a cleaner paint line above the baseboard. Does this make sense to install the floor first?
