Yes - my husband put our deck on in the spring (08) and we have noticed black spotting - will not go away - very odd - it is in liquid form - when I wipe it it stains and/or sometimee it is just a black spot not liquidy- it's not everywhere - for how expensive it is we are surprised by the black spotting |
