when you moved the hinges in to fix the space on the side, did you have to repair any screw holes. If you did what did you use.

spotting the hole position

Tommy-when I was watching the podcast today on insetting the lock it all made sense, but I was wondering how you knew precisely where to drill the through hole for the key. I'm waiting to see how you recess the escution in there but more I'm interested in seeing how you spotted the position of the catch plate.
