Anyone have advice for buying old standing adobe w roof and little else? How to know besides obvious (no well, no septic) if you are in over head, want to do water catchment system and solar, seems perfect since in NM and not in dry area, lush meadows and trees, hilly. Believe floors need replacing, recycled wood or tile? No windows, use recycled or build. Price is abt 40,000 1/2 or more. Nice views, good area.
