carribbean house plans

has anyone seen genuine carribbean house plans? Carribbean homes have unique design - they must be reinforced concrete, have the main roof anchored to the foundation with # 4 rebar every 4 feet, have a concrete cistern underneath the house included in the foundation plans, have large overhangs to provide sufficient catchment for the rain, non toxic roof materials so that the water caught is not polluted, gutters that drain into the cistern instead of as waste, etc.

The ones i see as "carribbean" are really are not - the people who publish them just stick a "carribbean" label on a stateside cottage or southern style plan - without a thought as to the contraints mentioned above.

Help.
