We are on a serious budget, our house is build in 1964 and in a neighborhood where all the senior citizens are starting to die or leave leaving their places to irresponsible new owners.
we will be selling in a couple years so we don't worry about 10yrs down the road.
We found some tile at Lowes for $.99/sq. It is grey ceramic. We are very happy with it and the price. We used a 20%off coupon we purchased off of ebay to bring the price down.
All the red clay I has seen seemed thin and cheap. I am glad I did not buy any.
we went with Dakota green. It almost looks like a slate color.
