Hi Lilky, A couple of things to address here.As a first,if sewage is an issue or going to be one,it should show up somewhere in the closing.Your attorney should be able to get a handle on this prior to closing day or be able to protect you against a presently known plan coming down the road. To tie in to the sewer at a close distance should not be that expensive and definetly beats having a septic tank pumped out annually.If I were in your shoes,I'd knock on the doors of the neighborhood,introduce yourself,and see if others have any information for you.Review your concerns with your attorney now.Good Luck! |
