any contractor that has over 70 complaints is a bad contractor. Mid-Atlantic has many complaints because they sub contract all of there work to local contractors. they have lousy basement waterproofing system because all the material they use is bought over the counter by your local contractor at your local hardware store. there gross sales are made up in there heads to try and make themselfs look like a real contractor. but honestly they are snake oil salesmen that sell there lousy product by using scare and sales tricks.
