My concrete driveway is a year old. I am having about 1 inch chunks crumble all over the driveway. My builder told me that the concrete driveway is not covered by the homeowners warranty. He stated that I should patch it and seal it. If I patch it, won't the concrete be different colors? What is your opinion?
