I live in a 1960's cinder block home in florida. In the winter months we have nothing but problems with our walls. In the closets on the north end of the house mildew grows up the wall and water runs down the wall. On the other walls of the rooms they are covered with panaling and waynes coating. Mold grows on the waynes coating but not behind it on the acual wall. Please help, What do we need to do!! We are a concered mother and father.
