Hello: I'm shopping the internet for this item and see thousands of 'fridges but anyone know how to zero in on just counter-depth models? Also, anyone have any clues on what I should be looking for? I want a narrower unit, perhaps 24-28" and counter-depth. It could stick out a couple inches and that would be ok. thank you for any help. |

You will find counter-depth side by side fridges on the kitchenaid website (kitchenaid.com). GE also sells them but they are difficult to find on their website. I looked into cabinet-depth fridges last year and found two main drawbacks. The first is that they are very expensive. The second problem is that they are usually 35 or 36 inches wide. |

I agree that most cabinet depth models will either be large side by side, bottom freezer models or small under counter models, unless you go for a really high-end brands like Sub Zero, Viking. You can see some counter depth models at the following link: LINK > Counter Depth Refrigerators Dan O. www.Appliance411.com The Appliance Information Site =Ð~~~~~~ [This message has been edited by DanO (edited October 04, 2003).] |
