Engineer

You want to get an INDEPENDENT engineer to inspect and design a fix.

The FIX might not have any thing to do with the basement (other than repairing existing damage), but rather external retaining walls, or grading and drainage to divert water away from the house.

Too often foundation repair companies only sell the the main 'system' that they have.

And too often that is not enough or not the best solution.
