dishwasher problem

11/28/2007 04:10 PM mayorg

Our whirpool dishwasher will not drain because my wife put a dish containing candle wax in the wash.
Is there a way to remove without disassembling the unit. Is the air gap valve built in the drain hose? Is ther any product or method to disolve the wax in the line and drain hose? Desparate

** whirlpool dishwasher **

I'm afraid that is not enough information to identify the appliance in question. What is needed is its exact model number.

You can find tips for locating the model and serial number identification tag on your appliances at the following link:

- Model Number Tag Search

Probably not.

Not that I'm aware of.
