Your best bet would be a carbide tipped masonry bit. Utilize a roto-hammer at a low speed and keep the drilling surface wet. Do not try to pressure the bit through, as this would tend to distort your hole or crack the piece. Light pressure is best when utilizing any tool. The first rule is to let the tool do the work. Forgot, Use a series of bits from the smallest to your desired size. This will not only make the drilling easier, but place less pressure upon the material. I think I'm getting old, I remember the important things after the fact. LOL Len
