older house 1955. wife painted LR before I could get all the walls sanded.walls were flat white. used
ace matte flat enamel two walls held up
other two peeling like a boiled egg shell and is several layers thick. not the paint I used color was yellow paint
chips have a white back. thought it might be moisture but walls are interior. short of sanding everything down to some layer any ideas what happened or how to proceede.any suggestions appreciated.
