I have called several excavation companies, no one is willing to return my calls. How do I get estimates of excavation & foundation costs. I already own the land. The modular home is 28 x 76. I would like to know the total cost of crawlspace, slab & basement. also hookup to well & septic. Any help would be appreciated.

Just keep calling them.. I put a modular up 3 yrs ago. The only problem I had was with finding a plumber. Just start looking at the phonebook and start calling everyone that will talk to you...
