I am new to woodworking and need a lot of help. I was looking at some of the topics on the board and saw something about a spread sheet for miter cuts. Is this excel spread sheet available? How can I get copy?

Hello,
I can't help with the spreadsheet thing but I have a list that it comes with a Delta miter saw. It is just what you need to find angles from 67 to 179 degrees for both 45/45 crown moldings and 52/48 crown moldings. The other good thing is that it has a part number so I think you can order one for yourself. It is called "Cutting Crown Molding with Delta Frame & Trim Saws and Compound MIter Saws". The part number is 422-32-655-0004 Dated 11/10/93.
Contact Delta on line or get their number and call. Good luck.....MJH

I have a crown molding tutorial on my site Mark & Bergie that also has a breakdown of the saw settings and how to use them when cutting on flat for 52/38 deg or 45/45 deg crown moldings... I don't think there is a 48 deg but I could be wrong?

Look in homeowner tutorials under "owners notebook" or just put "crown molding tutorial" in any seach engine they'll link you direct.
