Rubber roofs

Please don`t put fire to your rubber roof !! It is repaired the same way you patch a bicycle tire innertube, only on a large scale. Small seam lifting can be repaired by , cleanning the surface under the seam joint and the surface to be adheared to. Next with a cloth, apply contact cement on both surfaces, ( can get at Home Depot ) ( and on your fingers ) and make sure the two surfaces don`t touch for five minutes. Use something to hold if it`s a long run on the seam. When times up, slowly let the seams relax down to each other and or guide them together. use a roller or rollerskate to ensure contact has no air as best you can. Bubbles may form but relax, they don`t leak and eventually shrink out.
