hi,
I have an older sears garage door opener model 139.53618sr purchased in 1991 and just purchased a 3rd remote control for my daughter. when trying to program 3rd remote one of the orginal remotes stops working when the orginal is re programed the new one stops working. can more than 2 remotes be programed into the receiver?
Buy the way all swithes are matched.

thanks

I think that this is the unit you have.

And click on programing link for setup details.

Check the note about some having 8 and other 9 dip switches.
