gas stove plumbing

Should I use gas teflon tape on compression joints? I did and have a leak so small I haven't found it yet with soapy water.

do not use tape onm the compression fittings, only on threaded connectors. to properly check for gas leaks, qo to a home improvement store and buy a bottle of leak detector. this will show leaks that soapy water will not show.
