Although the pilot light on the gas wall oven is on, it will not heat up for baking. What can I do to fix this?

Yes the wall oven actually has a pilot (small gas flame). I did look on the recommended website & found that it is a pilot ignition system.

The brand name is: Gaffers Sattler
The model #: A92-4lX.
The serial #: M 1982308 (the last digit is either an 8 or B - difficult to read)

I found a tag that had the following information on it (whether or not it is relevant, I wouldn't know): "On or after 8th July 1978 within the state of California this appliance is to be installed in mobile homes only."

Than someone is going to have to check its functioning compared to how that system is suppose to operate as described at that link. Possible areas of troubles are with the operation of the pilot flame or the functioning of the gas valve and its thermocouple.

BTW. Is it a single or double wall oven model?

I also have a gas wall oven Gaffers & Sattler and live in a mobile home the pilot light is always lit and when I turn the oven on the gas valve that actually heats will not go on. I think I need that part only can you please help??

The oven safety valve in the oven (when operating) allows gas to flow to the oven burner which then lights and heats the oven... assuming the thermostat is allowing gas to flow to that safety valve.
