I had a house fire in January, my insurance did not cover everything so I found a friend to rebuild for cheeper than I could find elsewhere. i am worried that he is cutting too many corners and it will cause problems later. he did no tear up the old sub floor, could this cause mold and worping also he did not stagger the new floor he put on top, and all wall including outside walls are 2x4. On top of that he had all my trusses up and they were blew over last night by wind what should I do.
