Hi, I need some advice on the best way to go about removing stucco from the interior walls of my living room. In the dining room, the previous owners stucco'd over wallpaper, so that is coming off pretty easy, but the part that was applied directly to the plaster walls is putting up a fight. Will we able to get it off with just a sander and many many many discs, or should we look into some heavier dutier equipment or strategies? I've seen several similar posts here, but I have not yet seen any responses that actually answer the question...
