An addition was done to home converting outside backporch (over concrete slab w/a small vent space underneath) as a passageway into new addition. Problem is very cold in passage way. ?= can rigid foam insulation be placed between the concrete porch/carpet padding w/carpet placed on top for warming purposes or what would viable alternative to pursue
