We have a similiar problem. Our door leading to the 2nd floor balcony leaks every time there is heavy, windy rain and when snow accumulates on the balcony. The door is on the 2nd floor and leaks down through the ceiling of my dining room. We have also called several roofers (one installed new flashers, etc.)but it still leaks. The builder states the best thing to do is to remove doors and replace with a huge window...in other words no solution yet! I am mad! Our house is ony 5 years old also and has been doing this since the 4th year. Any suggestions? |
