The most important thing you have to keep in mind is that a "Modular home" is not the same thing as a "Manufactured home". A manufactured home is covered by HUD code, while a modular home is covered by state adopted building codes. The second website I listed does have a modular home section. To find a manufacturer in your state go to developer resources and then click on contact manufacturers.
