About all I can give you is that you have an blockage or maybe kink in the supply line.

And it will be someplace before it start Tee'ing off for the hot water and other fixtures.

Probably time to start opening up and disconnecting the lines.

But here is something that you might try.

Make sure ALL of the faucets and shutoffs are closed in the home.

Then disconnect the supply line.

At one of the faucets remove the riser (the line from the stop vavle to the faucet) and connect an air compressor to it and blow the line out backwards.

Becarefull and don't use too much pressure.

And what material is used for the plumbing? And the age of the home?
