I can't help you with a source. If you have to order from anyone other than locally, it will probably cost you quite a bit.

Most Laun plywood is not true mahogany, but is a Phillipine wood that looks and behaves similarly to Honduran Mahogany. The occasional smell is from the natural substances in the wood but if you will be sealing it with a clear coat or paint, it should not be a problem.

Now, if you are painting it, there are a number of other plywood products that will work for a simulated raised panel on walls, if that is your useage. Check into MDF or MDO or Baltic Birch.
