I am interested in learning how to do the marmorino plastering I saw on an episode of Home Again. Are there any video's or books available on the subject? Thanks.

go to www.adicolor.com and look for the video by Rodney Ray. It's dry, but it definately will tell you what you need to know about applying plasters!
