im am a first time home buyer and looking into the modular home system. i am planing on relocating to the hanover pennsylvania area and am curently looking to purchis a 5 acre lot. i am wondering what the typical cost of the foundation excavating etc that would have to be done to compleat the home including a well, septic system, plumbing and electric. the house i am looking at is in the 60,000 doller range. just wondering what i am looking at as far as the construction aspect price.

Whoever you go with make sure it is not Pro-Built in Mifflintown, PA...they do NOT back their warranties and you will have several problems..BIG mistake.
