Usually we get an apprasal of the home on a lot in order to get a construction loan. All home apprasers use the same guide to apprase site built homes as for modular or system built homes. All modular home plans are approved by your State Dept. of Community Affairs and are inspected by a 3rd Party Inspector during the Manufacturing process. Manufactures use the same guidelines (building codes)as site builders. Keep in mind that System Built homes are built in a controlled enviroment where the weather is never a factor and you have no warping of materials or mold growth. |
