Motor failure?

** make a noise like click-click clack and stop for 3 o 5 minutes and start again **

That will likely be the motor cutting out on its internal overload protector until the motor has a chance to cool and it reset.

In most cases the motor needs to be replaced when your symptom occurs.

Motor problem?

** is posible taht centrifugal switche is bad. **

Possibly or the rest of the starting mechanism inside the motor. In either case replacing the motor would be needed as the motor itself is not serviceable as no parts are available for it separately.
