I'm trying to found out where to start. My natural rock home is over 50 years old, very outdated, unsafe, and not physically accessible for someone my age. Do I go for a major remodel, or tear down and go with a modular? I'm on septic, propane, and well water, but have access to rural water. What are the pros and cons cost wise? I'm in southwest mo.,so dampness is also an issue.
