I live in Oakhurst, CA which is just south of Yosemite National Park. I have advertised the entire 400 sq ft at $1.25 a ft. If you did not want all of it I would adjust the price based on quantity.
The 400 ft is composed of 81 complete boards and the balance in cut pieces that are used as "starter boards". In addition I have quite a bit of trim, transition pieces,stair tread and risers which I would include at no cost.
