I inherited property from my grandfather that has an old chestnut log crib that was on the farm prior to 1917. The logs in in good condition and I would like to get an estimate on the value and find out how to adequatley and profitably market these logs. Also, I have an old house that has bead board ceiling on both the walls and ceilings. Three rooms are still in good condition. The outside of the house has early 1900 lap board sidings. The house has much good chestnut 12 inch wide boards, etc on the inside. How do I find value and a buyer? |
